To create a modularized Integrated Delivery System (IDS) for healthcare providers, insurance and life science companies called Kangaroo™ Enterprise Customer Relationship Manager (K-Roo™eCRM). The K-Roo™ eCRM will provide superior methods for healthcare entities to interact and manage the customer experience and provide excellent bi-directional communication between the healthcare physician practices, hospitals, institutions, facilities and healthcare insurance companies. Independent Physician Associations (like Kaiser, UCLA Healthcare, Penn State Health System) will benefit because it allows them to utilize one platform to manage the entire patient continuum, which includes the revenue and patient lifecycle, from scheduling to claim payment and posting; However the platform is modular in that an entity can use either enterprise platform.
