#1 Set up a forum for this project

I've not spent a lot of time at SourceForge so I have
no idea how difficult it is to set up a forum, but I'm
sure that discussion doesn't belong in feature requests. :)

I've considered this kind of thing and I have an
interest in SVG but there is no message board!

We've got a mailing list; we chose to do a mailing list
instead of a forum because we probably wouldn't check the
forum very often. Click on the Lists link, join up, and tell us
a bit about yourself! :-)
