The CHANGES file for terminus-font-4.34 mentions "Added size 10x18".

However, I cannot see any 10x18 files being built or installed.

There are two new files ter-u18b.bdf ter-u18n.bdf but apparently nothing to actually use them.

Could you please shed some light on this?
