although the tenebrae and darkplaces renderer's are
quite different, and the approach to real-time lighting is
also amazingly different, if you could somehow work
in .rtlight support into tenebrae 1.x so people who use it
as a quake 1 SP engine can enjoy playing every level
with custom real-time lights instead of slow lightmap
conversions.
