Same as what I did with /Trunk/PestPlugin/ , FOR NOW at least... Though really, at least this Tag version sould be deleted and recopied, preferably ALL the versions, since it's hard to know if there are any more issues from whatever caused this file to be missing (PestFunctionLibrary.jar)...

Adding missing PestFuctionLibrary.jar... NOT a guarantee that it will have nothing ELSE missing, and this is not yet done for the Tags version, which should just be recopied from this if/when fixed...

Adding my own folder in branches.

Done for now. Sorry for all the separate operations, but I don't have the access to more efficient means.

The place to put this would be the "Files" section, which is intended for more basic file downloads (executables, etc.) such as this.

This is in the /Trunk/ directory (which is still missing the "PestFunctionLibrary.jar" file, but I'm more tempted to remove the entire working copy from there, and commit a freshly extracted version from the original archive, compare at least the file counts to see that it worked out...

It seems I can only remove one at a time, so there will be 3 more documents after this one, then the PestPlugin that's in the root, and then the GeneratedApp.jar, which I will comment on when I get to that.
