#96 Invalid date format
The constant TM_NL_DATEFORMAT defined in tm_lib.inc.php is used inconsistently.
The format "%d.%m.%Y" is for use with http://php.net/manual/en/function.strftime.php but sometimes it is parsed through http://de2.php.net/manual/en/function.date.php, which prints the percent signs (%) in the dates.
P.S.: Submitting patches would be easier if trailing whitespaces would be cleaned up in all files ;)
