#6 Integrate the Wikipedia (free encyclopedia) with TEK Client

[Bill Thies]

When we are distributing the TEK Client on CD, there is
a lot of free space with which we could distribute extra
information. A great candidate for this would be the
Wikipedia, which is an open-source encyclopedia:

http://www.wikipedia.org/

It is distributed under the GNU Free Documentation
License, which we should verify is compatible with our
license (I expect it is).

This should be a pretty easy thing to integrate... just
have a Wikipedia button from the front page.

Only thing we should be careful of is making sure that there is
a low-bandwidth version that does NOT include the Wikipedia
and still has an integrated front page (i.e., there should not
be a branch in CVS for Wikipedia version and non-Wikipedia
version.)
