If a instance of an element that is a member of att.translatable has versionDate=, then all of its siblings of the same GI should also have versionDate=.
Actually, this was implemented 2013-12-30 in r12723, and the re-implemented more severely in r12766 2014-01-10. It's not clear that both checks should stay, but it's also not clear there's any problem to keeping both. In any case, this particular ticket has been addressed.
