Now that @status in att.identified has been deprecated in favor of @validUntil (see https://sourceforge.net/p/tei/code/12284/ ), we should remove the XSLT that produced a red "deprecated" message in specs based on the presence of @status='deprecated' since it will no longer be needed.

Furthermore, as discussed on tei-council on 2013-06-20, it would be good if the word "deprecated" that now appears when @validUntil is present linked to http://www.tei-c.org/Activities/Council/Working/tcw27.xml .

    so far as I can tell, this is all done. the appearance may not be perfect, but that can be tweaked
