If asked to generate a compiled ODD vesta overwrites the input ODD with the newly compiled ODD. (At least, if the filename of the ODD matches the ident= of <schemaSpec>.)

I have changed Vesta for the next release so that it called the compiled version "$schemaname.compiled.odd"
