#574 example <l> has no content

The example metrical line (<l>) in the tagdoc (e.g., http://bits.nsms.ox.ac.uk:8080/jenkins/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/en/html/ref-l.html) is empty. This seems like at best a bad example, and at worst an outright non-conformant example.

I agree, this looks pretty weird as the only example of <l>, I am amazed no-one pointed it out before.
