No

I've promised to go through all the xsd:anyURI attributes to check for those which originally being ID/IDREF(S) the prose has not been updated to indicate that they can point anywhere. In any cases where changing this might have any serious effects, notify council.

Ticket added to record the correction of this bug and remind me to do it.

Lou said in his 2011-11-02 email to tei-council that he proposes closing this, but please don't close until James has done what he said he would!

I don't know where Kevin got the idea I was planning to close this ticket *before* James had carried out the action proposed in it. Rest assured I am not about to do so (even if I did, he could always open it again!)

Changing to status 'pending' I have done some of this, but not all because we got distracted some time ago on whether data.code should indeed be xsd:anyURI

Looking back over remaining places I think I've done this but we should keep eyes open when revising prose of guidelines. Closing. 2014-11-16
