I'm new to iTop, sorry if this question is silly or unclear.
I installed this extension teemip-core-ip-mgmt-3.3.0-816 on my iTop server ( iTop version 3.2.3-1-19993) , but ever since the installation, I've been encountering the following problem:
When I try to edit or create a new server, I get the following error:
iTop: An error has occurred. Check the server's error log for more information.
And when I check the data model consistency, I get the following error:
Class Server
Unknown attribute code 'managementip' from ZList 'details' (Expecting a value in {name, description, org_id, organization_name, business_criticity, move2production, contacts_list, documents_list, applicationsolution_list, softwares_list, providercontracts_list, services_list, tickets_list, price, serialnumber, location_id, location_name, status, brand_id, brand_name, model_id, model_name, asset_number, purchase_date, end_of_warranty, padlock, inventory, physical_label, networkdevice_list, physicalinterface_list, rack_id, rack_name, enclosure_id, enclosure_name, nb_u, powerA_id, powerA_name, powerB_id, powerB_name, fiberinterfacelist_list, san_list, redundancy, position_v, managementip_id, managementip_name, osfamily_id, osfamily_name, osversion_id, osversion_name, oslicence_id, oslicence_name, cpu, ram, logicalvolumes_list, finalclass, friendlyname, obsolescence_flag, obsolescence_date, org_id_friendlyname, org_id_obsolescence_flag, location_id_friendlyname, location_id_obsolescence_flag, brand_id_friendlyname, model_id_friendlyname, rack_id_friendlyname, rack_id_obsolescence_flag, enclosure_id_friendlyname, enclosure_id_obsolescence_flag, powerA_id_friendlyname, powerA_id_finalclass_recall, powerA_id_obsolescence_flag, powerB_id_friendlyname, powerB_id_finalclass_recall, powerB_id_obsolescence_flag, managementip_id_friendlyname, managementip_id_finalclass_recall, osfamily_id_friendlyname, osversion_id_friendlyname, oslicence_id_friendlyname, oslicence_id_obsolescence_flag})
(Same for class NetworkDevice, StorageSystem, SanSwitch, TapeLibrary, NAS and VirtualMachine)
Before installing the extension, the Class Server does not have the managementip attribute, and the Class Server refers to the managementip_id attribute.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this error?
Thank you in advance for your help

Strange that you didn't see a managementip attribute on the class Server before installing teemIP extension: it is there by default. Do you have any other custom extensions on your instance ? And did you follow the standard process to install teemIP ?

Hi,
Strange that you didn't see a managementip attribute on the class Server before installing teemIP extension: it is there by default. Do you have any other custom extensions on your instance ? And did you follow the standard process to install teemIP ?
Hi,
No just teemip.
I followed these instructions https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=extensions:installation to install the extension.
My bad i sea the right place the attribute managementip is here, but not linked to any class.
The error is still there.
