Hello, From here on I'd like Teem source to be free of trailing white space (white space after non-white-space, prior to end-of-line). Emacs users may find these informative: http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/emacs/Useless-Whitespace.html http://www.livejournal.com/doc/server/ljp.prog-guide.general.whitespace.html I assume that other editors/IDEs have similar ways of highlighting the presence of trailing white space and deleting it. I've committed all the changes needed to implement this policy, and updated teem/src/CODING.txt. This produced many annoyingly invisible/superficial changes in the commit messages, but, like breaking an improperly healed bone in order to re-set it correctly, this only needs to be done once. As long as others follow the same practice, there should be no more such whitespace noise in the commits. Since nearly every file in Teem has been updated; please do an svn update. As far as I can tell Sourceforge doesn't have a subversion hook script for detecting or enforcing this: http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sourceforge/wiki/Subversion%20hook%20scripts so there may need to be periodic sweeps through the code.
