#6 Teamkeeper version 2.0 (first sketch)

Create Teamkeeper with Symfony2.

This ticket includes the first version with all needed functionality (more or less the same functionalities as in the old version) so that the new version can be tested.

Symphony version can be forked from github https://github.com/kaipi/jyps_jasenrekisteri

First changes done in master to get baseline going, future developments/features in respective branches plz.
I will also provide quick install howto in Readme.md
