#7 survey preset time schedule

In the "create survey" feature, currently the program
is preset to use the Rose-Hulman hourly scheduling
format, e.g., 1st hour through 10th hour are
identified, plus presets for checking MTRF as a
typical class.

In most universities, classes meet either MWF or TR,
and either on the hour or on the half hour.

It would be a great feature for most non-RHIT users
if the preset time scheduling page on the student
survey could be customized for non-RHIT users.
