Hi,

using TDM32 I'm getting this error from windres, and I've found that this is a bug that has been fixed in binutils 2.23.2. Please, could you update TDM32 packages to include the lastest version of binutils?

The next TDM-GCC release will include binutils 2.24 from the MinGW project. In the meantime, you would need to download and extract the archive yourself in order to use it in your TDM-GCC installation.
