The Happy Users page is part of the web site, not the repository. As such, it requires an admin to modify. I am not aware of any admin that is currently active. I am not sure what to do about that, to be honest. The SourceForge policy is that you must gain admin access through the consent of an admin, the only other option being to fork it, which I would really rather avoid. Although, it would be nice to merge this project with Free Pascal, which does have an active TDbf fork.
