#904 PDF corrupted

Hi,

Thanks for TCPDF that is a very good library.

I have a small bug (I have attached the example that generate the PDF to the ticket).

When the file is opened with Acrobat some page can't be displayed. The problem can be reproduced with ghostscript that show the message:

**** Error reading a content stream. The page may be incomplete.
**** File did not complete the page properly and may be damaged.

If i disabled the header and footer, the file isn't corrupted any more. And if i replace the code <div style=\"page-break-after: always\"><span style=\"display:none\">&nbsp;</span></div> by <tcpdf method=\"AddPage\" />, the file isn't corrupted any more too.

OK. Fixed in TCPDF 6.0.064.
