TCPDF is free from viruses as you can see reading the source code.
Anyway, you should add some JavaScript code to your PDF documents that can be tracked as a malicious code.
Be sure you are using the latest TCPDF version and ask to Yahoo support for further information.

I've tested several TCPDF examples on http://www.virustotal.com and they are all free of viruses.
Maybe your PDF documents are corrupt, be sure you are using the latest TCPDF version.

Yeah I don't believe that it has a real virus, it is just that Norton Antivirus which is being used by yahoo is detecting one falsely, I believe it is maybe some of html that I did in the document maybe isn't styled correctly and perhaps it thinks its a virus because of that. I will have to investigate more, but I will let you what I find.
