No

When receiving a callback for subscriber timeout the pMsg->toBehavior is set to TRDP_TO_DEFAULT. TRDP_TO_SET_TO_ZERO was set in open session and in subscribe call. Same behavior occurs when the TRDP_TO_SET_TO_ZERO is set in open session and the KEEP is set for telegram in subscribe.

Postponed until clearly defined in the standard.

In the updated version of the standard it will be stated that the timeout behsviour returnd in PD.get and PD.indicate (call back) shall be the one given in PD.subscribe. This means TRDP_TO_DEFAULT shall be only returned only if it was set in open session in the PD default parameters.

Initialisation of toBehavior in tlc_if.tlc_configSession() was wrong
