#15 xmlns (namespace) not working

xmlns seems to be failing before calling any callbacks at
all. I've tried several variations of the PLMXML attrib list,
but in the xmlns:vis seems to poop out on me everytime.

I've also removed the xmlns="..." attrib, but that didn't
help much.

Any suggestions/tips are very appreciated!!!
