#3 Memory leak in "<handle> mac" code

There seems to be a memory leak in "<handle> mac" code - a simple loop containing this command causes the process memory to increase with time.

Found in version 0.6., using WinPcap 4.0.2 and ActiveState Tcl 8.5.3.0.

This is caused by mishandling the Tcl_Objs created in this subcommand. Will fix in next release.
