I think when I manually tried to build the package initially, it didn't work correctly.
So I found the same version on Raspbian Stretch, that I'm assuming got compiled and built correctly, since i just used "apt-get install tcl-udp", which was in their repo, or whatever you call that.
I actually even got that to work on Raspbian Strect, in QEMU for Windows, since that's what I had to wortk with.
Everything worked just as documented, then I just copied that "tcl package dir", to my real testing Pi, worked as documented.
I even went back and checked on the CentOs Linux i had access to, and it worked correctly there to, with whatever version of the pkg I already had, it was an ipv6 only machine, gaah, missed the flag.
