#22 config.sub not found...

Hi!
The module unzip_static does not compile.
When, during the compilation process,
tclpro1.5.0/infozip/unzip-5.31/config.sub
should be called, it returns with an error message.
I include the build script and the log file.
(I fixed the "too many open files" problem as
patch 430985 suggested.)
Platform is HPUX 11.0

Same Bug on Solaris and Linux. Does not seem OS related.
