#4 Option on columns info

Some ODBC drivers support 'statement_id columns name'
before statement execution, but some weak ones do not.
If one uses such weak one and tries to get the column
names, she encounter strange behavior. The considered
statement_id has to be dropped and build again - it
does not work otherwise.

It would be nice to have an option to reveal it (good
vs. weak driver) in advance to omit the bad statement
drops.
