Description
   Cron: Added error handling

   OOdialect: Fixed tabs and indentation (no code change)

   oometa: Added a mechanism for frameworks to intercept and detect when
   the metadata for a class has changed

   tool: Delays ensemble creation until object creation. Utilizes the new
   metadata modified method from oometa to invalidate the method
   ensembles for classed and their decendents.
