The doctools package supports processing
of a nice documentation markup language.
Any Tcl package author who uses doctools
markup to create documentation, will need
a doc: target in his TEA Makefile to produce
documentation in installable formats like
nroff and html. This suggests an application
built around doctools.
Candidates are mpexpand and dtp, but neither
is routinely installed enough for simple use.
Request that some such app get installed
routinely when tcllib is installed, and that
sample doc: target rules be made available,
perhaps within the TEA sampleextension itself.

the dtplite application is installed by tcllib 1.7,
so this can be closed.
the remaining request - that TEA provide
an example target rule in its Makefile,
is better tracked in the TEA/sampleextension
tracker.
