Just a me-too for now: [gets stdin] doesn't block in the Wish console
window despite

 % fconfigure stdin
 -blocking 1 -buffering none -buffersize 4096 -encoding utf-8 -eofchar {} -translation lf

This actually behaves the same with the Wish console on Windows.  I
assume the problem is with TkConsole, which is used in Mac OS X and
Windows.  When I run Wish in Terminal.app, [gets stdin] works fine.

I assume this should work in TkConsole?
