actually this seems fine to me as well, insofar as the 'TclTk Aqua 
README.txt' in the distro indeed explains that Tcl built on 10.2 only 
runs on 10.2 or highers.
Would it clarify things if I appended a -Jaguar suffix to the disk 
image names like for the 8.4.1 distros ?
I could also mention the 10.2 requirement explicitly in the 
ReadMe.rtfd? other suggestions on how to make the OS version 
requirements more explicit most welcome...
