Also, proof of concept - single file fully statically linked tclsh with sqlite and thread - tclBIMain.c <https://core.tcl-lang.org/tcl/file?name=generic/tclBIMain.c&ci=6f52e964ecb81c4c>  (without having to modify Tcl sources and making sqlite3 and thread::* available in all interpreters across all threads)
