[TCLCORE] Error from ttk::toggleswitch

Hi Csaba,

when running wish in the current trunk (from two days ago) in an embedded build on macOS (Ventura), I get this error message on startup:

invalid command name "ttk::toggleswitch::CondUpdateElements"
    while executing
"ttk::toggleswitch::CondUpdateElements"
() 1 % 


Just to let you know, maybe you are aware of this already.
