Please let me throw my two small coins into the ongoing TIP reform. Seeing myself
as a non-formalist I still tend to appreciate making a "Rationale" section mandatory
in each TIP prescribing the future. Why? Since in the sheer plethora of the TIPs of
the last few months, some just don't have it despite exploring foggy borderlands.

"A TIP without Rationale is an iceberg, mind the pros building something unsinkable."
