Another aspect is to invite people to get involved: - formalize who has commit rights on the core repositories - avoid, that a (voted) TIP (interpretation) changes later on. So, one feels free to change the core, as he thinks that it is covered by a voted TIP. - formalize how concurrent TIPs work. Same subject, different solutions. Perhaps the possibility to vote on alternativity 1, alternativity 2 - also find global aims: what goes in TCL8.7, what in TCL 9.0 And find a way to do alphas/betas/release candidates more often. For me, it is obvious, that the people recently heavily involved should be member of the TCT: Ashok, Rolf, Nathan are on my radar.
