We are all with you and would love to clarify this annoying point.
I am very happy, if you would lead the process and collect all the input
we have.

For Windows, I suppose the final coding is not complicated in this case:
receive a Windows event and bring it into a bind event.
I may care about that.

But we have 3 major platforms + Androwish and a joined solution for
scrolling would be great.
