Category: 88. Themed Tk Group: current: 8.5.8 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: sergc (sergc) >Assigned to: Pat Thoyts (patthoyts) Summary: ttk::checkbutton and ttk::radiobutton with grid Initial Comment: Incorrect appearance of ttk::checkbutton and ttk::radiobutton with grid on WinXP. The last element in a frame is larger than the other. It changes its size to normal after the first mouse motion over it. This only happens if check or radio buttons are packed with grid and xpnative theme is used. Not themed Tk widgets (tk:: ) are displayed correctly. Software used: ActiveTcl 8.5.8 Windows XP SP2 A short example is attached. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Joe English (jenglish) Date: 2010-02-07 10:18 Message: Can't replicate. Tested with current 8.5.8 tclkit, and Tile CVS HEAD+Tk 8.4 under Windows XP (those are the only two I can test under Windows), and didn't see the behavior described. >From the symptoms, it sounds like the problem where XPTheme elements didn't return the right size until they were first mapped, but Pat fixed that ages ago (introduction of "stubWindow" member). Pat, can you take a look? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=112997&aid=2946840&group_id=12997 |
