Category: 88. Themed Tk Group: current: 8.5.7 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Daniel Barden (danielbarden) Assigned to: Joe English (jenglish) Summary: Treeview 'see' function Initial Comment: Hi, I'm having a problem with the treeview 'see' command. If I create a treeview with several levels of hierarchy and try to see one of them with the see command. however, after issuing the command nothing happens until another event happen in the window. For example, with the following program: ttk::treeview .t -show tree pack .t -side left -fill both -expand 1 .t insert {} end -id a -text a .t insert a end -id b -text b .t insert b end -id c -text c after executing with > wish8.5 % source prog.tk c % .t see c Then I need to do something like maximize the window or something like it, so that the item c is visible. Any help with this problem is appreciated.
