I think we've got the kinks for dealing with the Tcl Association all
worked out.  I'm happy to assist whoever is the admin with the parts
that need to be done by the organization head, but I don't have the
time to be the admin head myself.

Besides, I have some projects I'd like to have a slav... umm, mentor.
