you're probably not defining MAC_OSX_TK, you need that to indicate
that you want TkAqua rather than TkX11

as I explained before, you cannot get at TkMacOSXDrawingContext, it is
not available to extensions, the technique I mentioned uses the
pixmap's context field directly.
