[WINTCL] How to call TCL scripts in a C# Project?

Hi,
   
  I have a TCL testscript that I would like to call from a C# project. I would like to know how I can call this script.
   
  Do I need to compile and generate the original tcl84.DLL, after adding the 
  new procs from my TCL script and then import this new DLL using the C#
  code for interpreter?
   
  I am new to Windows programming and TCL scripting.
