[WINTCL] General platform independent Tcl/Tk Mailing List?

Hi,

I know that this mailing list is for Windows specific questions. Is there a
Sourceforge mailing list for general Tcl/Tk questions? I have a question
about Tcl's C-API and compiling on UNIX using GCC's -static option.
