Category: 06. Time Measurement Group: current: 8.4.12 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Michael C Tiernan (mtiernan) Assigned to: Kevin B KENNY (kennykb) Summary: strftime broken on sparc-sun-solaris2.7 (surprise!) Initial Comment: As is already documented, sparc-sun-solaris2.7, like (what seems to be) many other systems has a broken strftime. Luckily, it's only a little broken. I'm posting this as a datapoint already aware that 8.5 will handle this a different way. The returns from the library seem to all be valid except for "%u", the day of week which is returning values in the range of 1-7, not 0-6 as it should. On my system I'm handling it by hacking but I thought others might want to know about this issue. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=110894&aid=1460812&group_id=10894 |
