Unix Build Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Joe English (jenglish) Assigned to: Andreas Kupries (andreas_kupries) Summary: Use pkgconfig database to detect Xft Initial Comment: I need a way to detect at runtime whether or not Tk was built with --enable-xft. The TIP #59 pkgconfig database seems like the best way to do this. The attached patch sets the configuration key "fontsystem" to "xft" if Tk was built with --enable-xft, and leaves it undefined otherwise. Other suggestions for configuration key names welcome. (I notice that Tk doesn't currently use Tcl_RegisterConfig anywhere else.) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=312997&aid=971980&group_id=12997 |
