It happened in Tcl8.4.4 and Tcl8.5 in Windows 98. (may happen in Windows 95): % dir couldn't execute "C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND.COM": no such file or directory % The error was caused by a bug in BuildCommandLine in tkWinPipe.c A space was missing between tclpipe.dll and the following command arguments.
