Furthermore, there is no distinction between the alpha-keyfield upper-row numbers and the numeric-keyfield numbers. This breaks the portabilitiy of applications. The winAPI provides LPARAM for detecting the difference between KP_Enter and Return. We can optionally separate these by adapting Mod4 as a special specifier, but the default needs to remain as it is.
