Unix Build Group: None Status: Closed >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Submitted By: Tom Krehbiel (tomk) Assigned to: Mo DeJong (mdejong) Summary: tkConfig.sh.in substitution error Initial Comment: On my HP-UX 11.00 system the configure script for tk results in a tkConfig.sh file that contains the following line. TK_XINCLUDES='# no special path needed' I believe this entry should be TK_XINCLUDES='' I down loaded tk from ftp://ftp.tcl.tk/pub/tcl/nightly-cvs/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Mo DeJong (mdejong) Date: 2002-07-23 10:25 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=90858 Sorry, I had not noticed that you added a patch file. Your change looked ok and did not seem to break anything so I added it to the CVS. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Tom Krehbiel (tomk) Date: 2002-07-23 08:21 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=25525 I added a patch file to this bug report last week at Don's request. It is in the "Files" section of this page. Please use it to fix the problem. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Mo DeJong (mdejong) Date: 2002-07-22 14:31 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=90858 What exactly is the compiler error you are seeing? I am not sure why the macro was written that way, but it seems like that output was what was intended. I am closing this bug report, if you come up with a patch feel free to attach it and I will reopen. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Don Porter (dgp) Date: 2002-07-11 12:15 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=80530 The flaw is in SC_PATH_X of tcl.m4, right? Can you try fixing and testing, then submitting a patch? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Tom Krehbiel (tomk) Date: 2002-07-11 10:42 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=25525 I downloaded the Tcl/Tk 8.4b1 version from http://www.tcl.tk/software/tcltk/8.4.html and it still has the problem. This bug prevents builds from completing and is difficult to fix. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=112997&aid=573681&group_id=12997 |
