Summary: missing newline after [exit] in tclsh

Initial Comment:

On a FreeBSD system:

$ tclsh8.3
% info patch
8.3.4
% exit
$ tclsh
% info patch
8.4a4
% exit$ 

Note the missing newline!

This must be due to the changes in Tcl_Main, but
I haven't seen this on either Linux or Solaris.
