Summary: error when naming a script "button"

Initial Comment:
Save the following line in a file named "button":

	pack [button .b -text FOO]

Then invoke wish, passing to it this file:

	wish8.4 button

Move the cursor into the wish toplevel, and the
following error message is given:

	Error: unknown option "-state".

This was originally written against the [incr Tcl]
project, ticket #227899 (you can look at
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=227899&group_id=13244&atid=383687
for more information), but I've determined that this is
not an itcl bug. I've done a bit of investigation but
can't find the source of the problem other than the
obvious, that the following binding from button.tcl is
being tied to "." in addition to the button:

	bind Button <Enter> {
	    tk::ButtonEnter %W
	}

Note that the same behavior occurs if the script is
named "checkbutton" or "radiobutton".
