Kevan, The problem is that the Mac puts the resize box at the lower right corner of the window, no matter what you do, and so you need to allow space for it. In short, this is a bug in the Wish Console, not in Tk. I believe Tile now has a widget you can grid or pack into the lower right corner so that the geometry works out right.
