UCT is another name for UTC or GMT,
at least according to the headers of
some email messages I was trying to
process.

This is not in a recognized standard and may be a typo
in the mail sender. UTC and GMT are both valid.

While it should be UTC, we have added the sometimes used
(but not official) alias UCT to 8.3b1.
